Comfortable bed. . . Very good room service. . . In general, the staff is helpful, polite and attentive.
I didn't like it, because it was Saturday, and it should have been 00 h. We got a group of clients from the hotel to have a drink at the hotel bar and this one was closed. I didn't like it, and that's been a reiteration of all the years I've been coming here, the cost of parking for the car. And I explain, among what you charge, 20 euros. per night, not to charge anything, there is a situation, let's say intermediate, you should know, that there are other parking, in the city, and other hotels that is cheaper. And more if we are customers of the hotel. Price that will be correct, if you are not a client of the hotel. I think it would be important to think about this aspect, and I am convinced that you would gain by lowering this cost.

As always, soundproofing of the room and bed is excellent.
As always, the bad taste they have with music in the restaurant: It's something that surprises me a lot. It's the third time I've complained about this, I've kept going to this hotel to see if they've improved, but no: this was the last time.. I like Miles Davis, but not for dinner. To be at dinner listening to his Free Jazz trumpet all weird in your ear is a martyrdom. It's not nice at all. And if you doubt what I say, go to a restaurant with a Michelin star and see what music they play: NONE!!!! Nothing is better than a Free Jazz trumpet! The goal in this hotel restaurant is to eat fast and run away! But the worst thing is that at breakfast it's 3/4 of the same! The same torture. It's clear that they don't visit many classy places to see how they work. So, this is my last complaint about this hotel. You can go on with whatever music you want. You won't see me around anymore.

Breakfast, no doubt. Very varied. Varied fruit, peeled and split or whole of organic origin. Varied sausages, cereals, yoghurts, freshly squeezed juice, sausages, pastries. And you could also ask for certain things that are prepared on the spot, such as fried eggs, a scrambled egg or a sandwich. Delicious and freshly made. Apart from the culinary theme... The staff in all cases very nice and friendly. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The pool, although a little small, very cool. Especially in the late afternoon, when it is quieter.
For putting up a fight.. You can tell it's a hotel with a few years and bathrooms are a bit outdated. Apart from aesthetics, it would be very useful to have some kind of cabinet to avoid having to leave the toiletries on the countertop of the sink or on the little piece of furniture at the entrance to the room.

We spent a lovely Sunday morning in the swimming pool that is located on the roof. The room was OK, maybe I was expecting it a bit bigger but was nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Truly enjoyed this old-fashioned hotel: superb food and excellent friendly and cooperative staff. I got complimentary twin room with very comfortable beds as an upgrade, nice gesture. A mini-bar, climate control, and an individual safe were available here too. Incredible location of the property to the Zaragoza city centre. Was a comfortable place for trip.

The location was good, close to everything, but we will stay at the Hotel Melia, which is right next, the next time. We eating at a restaurant (The Guinness, House) in the same building, which was very good. Service, price, mat.For seven-course dinner with a bottle of wine € 30 per person.
To be a five star hotel, we think the hotel does not deserve more than 4 stars. Breakfast was bad you get at least the same on a three stars hotel. It cost 6.5 euros to gain access to the internet per hour.

- The bed was very comfortable. - The location is great, right in the middle of the city. - The breakfast had enough variety, although the price is very high. We've been to better buffets with lower prices. - The huge TV is a plus. - The bathroom is separated from the room by a double door.
- They took more than half an hour to check in because of some problem they had, and we couldn't get in until 3:30 (when it's supposed to be from 2). It would have been nice if they had at least offered us a late check-out. - They were in a hurry to replace a bottle of water and they brought it up to us after a while. - The pool is quite small. - The decoration of the rooms is a bit outdated, although the state of the facilities was good. - It does not reflect what I expected from a 5*. I have seen many 4* hotels with similar qualities and at a lower price.
